One to One coaching:

Coaching is a process of moving you from where you are to where you want to be. This journey is a partnership between the coach and coachee, where the coachee feels safe to be vulnerable, co-creates an action plan to achieve the desired goal, unleashes their full potential, and undergoes deep, intense inner work leading to sustainable transformation.

In a personalized or one-to-one coaching journey, UPCS works with individuals who are willing to take charge of their life and maximize their full potential. In the case of a sponsored project, they work closely with key stakeholders to understand both the organization's and coachee’s perspectives to identify possible development goals.
